**Early Bird fees are only applicable till 15th January 2012.
Places on the course will be confirmed once full payment is recieved
Preferences shall be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis once full payment is settled.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the course if the number of participants is deemed low. Reimbursement of fees payed shall be affected within 24hours of notification of cancellation.
Registration and payment can be posted to P.O. Box 56, Msida, MSD 1000 or given by hand to any MAP’s Administrative Committee Member.
Notification of registration by email to education@physiomalta.com is strongly recommended.
Cheques are to be made payable to the ‘Malta Association of Physiotherapists’
Cancellation fees shall apply in the case of participants not attending or revoking their application. Full reimbursement of the fees shall be honoured when cancellation is notified by not later than two weeks prior to the event. 50% of the fees shall be reimbursed when notification of cancellation is received up to two days before the event. The full fee shall be withheld if participants fail to notify the General Secretary prior to the two days before the event or in the case of a no-show.
